Overall, our experience at Budi’s Airbnb was pleasant. Budi was highly responsive and amicable, which made communication smooth. However, it would have been helpful to receive check-in instructions beforehand to prevent delays, as we were unaware the host would be waiting for us upon arrival.
Once settled, we found the house to be charming, and the private pool was a definite highlight – clean and easily accessible. However, there were some issues with the air conditioning on the second level, which we promptly brought to Budi’s attention. He was swift in addressing the matter by sending someone to inspect it.
In the future, providing comprehensive check-in instructions in advance and ensuring all amenities are in optimal condition beforehand would enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these minor hiccups, we enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated Budi’s attentiveness.

A nice place within a guarded community and the place is quiet. Great place to unwind. after out shopping come back can chill by own private pool.
Love this place, the pictures posted is exactly what you’d expect. Budi was responsive throughout the booking and questions I had and even includes land transfers from Batam HarbourBay to the house.
Planned it for my family, 8 of us, the house had the perfect size, location and amenities for family like us. The kids absolutely love the house especially the swimming pool. They took liberty to wake up earlier everyday to spend an hour playing at the private pool.
It’s a guarded residential, so it’s pretty safe throughout our stay.
Although it’s not exactly walking distance to restaurants and malls, but grab and gojek are easily accessible. I’d definitely recommend this place for those who are planning trips for family.
